Location:

Situated in Al Wakrah region of Qatar, about  15 km south of Doha airport. Both buildings are limited to G+2 and should cover no more than 35% of the total site according to the regulations in place for the local area and specific plot as stipulated by the UPDA. The total plot area is approximately 43, 166sqm  and sub-divided as follows:

1. Our Own GEMS school (Indian curriculum)= 22,685sqm

2. Westminster school (English curriculum)= 20,481sqm.

Phase I: Secondary Block and ancillary facilities.
Phase II: KG and primary blocks, admin, sports hall and ancillary.
